Shipping Policy

At Truly Clean Co., every order is packed and shipped with care. Because we partner with multiple makers and fulfillment centers, shipping times and carriers can vary depending on the item.

Order Processing

Orders for in-stock Truly Clean Co. products are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by tracking information once it has shipped.

Shipping Times

Standard delivery within the continental U.S. typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.
If your order includes items from different makers or fulfillment partners, they may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages.

Please note that once an order leaves our warehouse or a partner’s facility, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier. We are not liable for delays due to weather, postal service disruptions, customs holds, or other factors outside our control — but we’ll always do our best to assist if something goes awry.

Dropshipped & Partner-Fulfilled Items

Some of our products are shipped directly from the independent makers and suppliers we partner with. These items may have slightly longer processing times or unique shipping policies, which will be noted on the product page whenever possible.

If your order contains a mix of products fulfilled by different partners, your items may arrive separately.

Affiliate Products

Certain products featured on our website are sold through affiliate links to other trusted retailers or makers. When you click these links, you’ll be redirected to their external website to complete your purchase. Truly Clean Co. is not responsible for orders placed, fulfilled, or shipped through third-party sites — including processing times, shipping fees, or delivery issues.

We only share affiliate links for products we personally believe in and use, but any concerns or requests regarding those orders should be directed to the retailer from which the purchase was made.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at [your support email] within 2 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll work with you and the carrier or supplier to determine the best resolution.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on item weight, size, and destination.
We do not currently ship outside the United States unless otherwise stated.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
