Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves our hands.

Q: Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Options appear at checkout based on your location and what’s in your cart.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time—but we’re working on it.


Returns

Q: What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on most unused items within 14 days of delivery. Some products (like supplements or custom goods) are final sale. See full details [here].

Q: How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@trulyclean.co with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you from there.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
Make sure to add on Worry-Free Delivery to your order for a small fee! This will cover any issues your order may have with delays, porch pirates and even broken items. If you do not select this option at checkout, we cannot provide exchanges or returns for anything damaged in transit.


Safety

Q: Are your products safe for kids, pets, or sensitive environments?
Yes, and if they are not (like some plants for example) we call it out in the description. We vet everything for ingredient integrity and real-life use—especially in homes that need to be extra cautious.

Q: How do you vet what you sell?
Every product is reviewed for sourcing, formulation, and performance. Nothing makes it onto our virtual shelves unless we’d use it ourselves.

Tracking

Q: Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You’ll get an email with tracking info as soon as it ships.

Q: My tracking hasn’t updated—what now?
Carriers sometimes take 24–48 hours to scan packages. If it’s been longer, contact us and we’ll look into it.

Q: Why are your prices higher than Amazon or Target?
Because we don’t cut corners. We vet for integrity, safety, and sourcing—not just shelf appeal. You’re not just buying a product—you’re investing in peace of mind.

Q: I’ve tried “clean” products before and didn’t notice a difference—how is this better?
Most “clean” products aren’t actually clean—or effective. We choose based on real safety data and performance. You’ll feel the difference because we demand it.

Q: How do I know your products actually work?
We test everything in real homes. Many are clinically reviewed or third-party verified—but our real standard is lived experience. If it doesn’t work, we don’t sell it.
