Shipping Costs

Orders under $75
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and item weight. We don’t mark it up—just pass along the carrier’s exact cost.

Orders $75+
Shipping is on us. We’ll choose the carrier that gets it to you safely and efficiently.

Carriers: USPS, UPS, FEDEX
You’ll see available options at checkout.

Processing Time

  • Most orders ship within 1–3 business days
  • During holidays or product launches, we may need a little more time (we’ll keep you posted)

Tracking

You’ll receive tracking info via email as soon as your order ships.

International Shipping

Currently shipping to:

For other destinations, email us—we’ll do our absolute best to help.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking says “delivered” but your package is missing:

  1. Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  2. Then email us—we’ll help troubleshoot from our side

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you order. If it’s not quite right, here’s how to handle it:

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused + unopened
  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Final sale items: digital goods, consumables (e.g., simmer pot kits, herbal sachets, supplements), custom items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Email us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a quick photo—we’ll offer a replacement or refund (your call).

How to Start a Return

Email hello@trulyclean.co with your:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return

We’ll send return instructions and a prepaid label (if eligible).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error
